We build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to build a talent pool and identify candidates for future positions in the company. We stay in touch with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience, even if they are not selected for the current job.

Working with Hiring Managern

We work closely with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders in the company to understand vacancy requirements, assess candidates and share feedback. They provide support for selection decisions and coordinate the rest of the application process.

Contract conclusion

We assist in contract negotiations with selected candidates regarding salary, contract terms and other contract details in order to conclude a successful recruitment and furthermore we accompany the applicant/employee as mediators until the end of the probationary period.
