We research and identify potential candidates on the labour market who meet the requirements of the clients, i.e. the companies you represent. We do this using various sources such as online job portals, social media, professional networks and our own database.

Addressing candidates

We actively contact potential candidates and approach them about career opportunities. We interview and review candidates' qualifications, experience and interests to assess their suitability for our clients' positions.

Relationship management

We build long-term relationships with potential candidates to develop and maintain a network of talent. We stay in touch with candidates, follow their career progression and keep up to date with their professional goals and interests.

Customer service

Negotiation & Conclusion of Contract

We assist in negotiations between clients and candidates regarding salary, contract terms and other contractual details. We accompany the recruitment process until the contract is signed and the candidate is hired, and beyond that we supervise the probationary period.

Market research

We stay abreast of labour market and industry developments and conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities and incorporate them into our recruitment strategy.

Administration

We perform administrative tasks such as writing contracts, creating reports and managing databases to efficiently support the recruitment process.
